Prepare yourselves for an exceptionally long blog post!  This session had too many gems to widdle it down any more than this.  This is the first session I have done at Leif Erickson Park (other than a practice shoot with my daughter a few days beforehand).  The mother also particularly likes candid shots so I made a point to include a lot of candids that I may otherwise weed out.  We missed the area in full bloom (for fall colors) by about a week but I am just glad there were some peeping out for us!

I really have to note how fun and easy going this family is!  They are some of the most patient, easygoing parents I've encountered on a session, and so fun!  They played a lot with their kids and their kids loved every moment of it!  What an inspiring and beautiful family <3.  You can easily and totally tell in the images.  I greatly enjoyed working with you guys!



I really love these last 2 shots as they are a new family to the area and it feels like a "welcome to Duluth" kind of shot :).
